1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.

2. Initiation of Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order.
You will need to provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

3. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment with in 5 days.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
